“Challenged me to think through difficult decisions"

Marco enabled me to consider all the different options that were available to me. He talked through the pros and cons of each of the options along the way. He supported me when I changed my mind several times over, which was important to me, during the course of our work together. He challenged me to think through difficult decisions and supported me in doing so, whilst all the while focusing on what matters for me and my family and what my priorities are.
